German Speaking Sales Administrator

As a German Speaking Sales Administrator, based in Blackburn, you'll handle customer orders, queries, and support the sales team in an industrial/manufacturing setting. Your role will ensure smooth processes and excellent service for German-speaking clients. Client Details This company operates in the industrial/manufacturing sector and is based in Blackburn. Description Process customer orders - sales order processing, logistics and invoicing. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Respond to customer queries via email and phone, offering tailored support in German and English. Coordinate with the sales team to support client needs and maintain records. Liaise with 3rd party supplier to ensure that products are delivered on time. Monitor order progress and liaise with internal departments for smooth delivery. Prepare and send invoices, ensuring compliance with company procedures. Assist with maintaining customer accounts and resolving payment discrepancies. Support with administrative tasks related to sales and customer service. Contribute to improving processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.Profile A successful German Speaking Sales Administrator should have: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service or sales administration within a similar industry. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.Job Offer Salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000, dependent on the level of experience.
