Involve Recruitment is expanding its Midlands division and looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Wolverhampton team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of your own desk with the backing of an established brand, strong leadership, and a collaborative environment.

The Role

• Business development — winning new clients
• Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
• Building and growing your own desk
• Account management and client retention
• Sourcing and placing candidates
• Negotiating fees and closing deals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment or a strong sales background
• Track record of billing or business development
• Confident in winning new business
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Strong relationship-building skills
