Job Title: Internals Site Manager Location: Coventry Rate: £280 - £325 per day 8 week project We are currently seeking an experienced Internals Site Manager to manage all aspects of the internal works on a New Build accommodation project in Coventry. Experience working for a main contractor on accommodation projects in essential. Key Responsibilities: Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard Managing snagging lists and quality control Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completionRequirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates - Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades Excellent communication and organisational skillsIf you're available and interested, please apply today or contact us for further information.
