AI Advisory Manager Location: London Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension Why This Role Stands Out Leadership role shaping a growing Digital & AI Advisory offering from the ground up Mix of strategic delivery, business development, and people leadership Direct exposure to senior stakeholders, including client executives and government bodies Platform to publish thought leadership and speak at industry conferences Influence over the direction of a fast-moving service line Key Responsibilities Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering digital and AI-enabled advisory projects Identify and prioritise AI and digital use-cases across the asset lifecycle Manage analytics workstreams and translate data into decision-ready recommendations Present findings and strategy to senior client and government stakeholders Coach and develop consultants and analysts within the team Build and deepen long-term client relationships Support business development by shaping propositions and monitoring the competitive landscape Prepare and deliver proposals and tenders Manage project delivery, quality, and profitability against proposal Requirements Strong background in the energy industry as a consultant or engineer Relevant degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology Experience delivering digital, analytics, or AI-driven strategic projects Experience in management consulting or early-stage techno-economic studies
