Job Title: Site supervisor / Foreman Project: 1 Storey New build of School Block Price: £2M Start: 6th July Length: 27 Weeks Essential Certs: SSSTS / SMSTS Telehandler (Essential) 1st aid Enhanced DBSDuties Health & Safety Quality Assurance Progress reporting Ordering materials Updating Site Diaries Inductions / Toolbox Talks Participate in site discipline meetings Management of onsite labour including subcontractors Ensure project is delivered to a high standard, on time and to budget Working closely with and providing regular reports to the Contracts Manager Maintain daily records including progress pictures within project file to support management Assist in the preparation of RAMS & ensure they are reviewed and signed off on a daily basis Please message if interested in role
