The Role
As Deputy Head Teacher, you will support the Head Teacher in providing exceptional leadership, direction and day-to-day management across the school. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards, developing outstanding practice and creating an environment where both students and staff flourish.
You'll be a visible, approachable and motivating leader who can champion inclusion, drive educational excellence and make a genuine impact on young people's lives every single day.
What we're looking for
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Further professional qualification in a relevant area
Experience teaching within a specialist ASD/SEMH setting
Experience leading whole-school initiatives and turning strategy into successful practice
Proven leadership experience across a significant area, phase or inclusion provision
Experience working with governors, trustees or executive teams
