Anna Seward Primary School is seeking an ambitious, innovative and compassionate Assistant Headteacher to join our dedicated leadership team and help shape the next exciting chapter of our school’s journey. Key responsibilities
- Support the Head of School in driving school improvement and maintaining high standards
- Lead strategically across key areas of teaching, learning and curriculum development
- Inspire and develop staff through coaching and professional support
- Promote a culture of excellence, inclusion and safeguarding
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, staff and the wider community
- Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the school
