Key Responsibilities * Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently * Matching, batching and coding invoices * Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries * Preparing payment runs * Maintaining accurate financial records * Liaising with suppliers and internal departments * Supporting the wider finance team with administrative duties The Ideal Candidate * Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills * Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills * Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systems Package & Benefits * Salary up to £26,000 depending on experience * Permanent, full-time position * Friendly and supportive team environment * On-site parking * Opportunity for development within the business
