I'm currently recruiting for an established, highly regarded independent property business operating across some of Cheshire and South Manchester's most desirable locations (Knutsford, Alderley Edge, Prestbury, Wilmslow and the surrounding villages) This is not your typical estate agency role. Based in Knutsford Salary (DOE)  The properties? Think million-pound homes, impressive country houses, period residences, contemporary luxury properties and private estates. The clientele is equally interesting: high-net-worth vendors, discerning buyers, successful business owners and families looking for something genuinely special. I'm looking for someone who is: -Naturally confident and polished with clients -Commercially minded and a strong negotiator -Hungry to win instructions and close deals -Exceptional at building relationships -Comfortable dealing with high-value transactions and demanding clients -Passionate about property and providing a first-class service You'll be joining a well-established team with a seriously impressive property portfolio, where no two days or properties are quite the same.
