In this role, you'll be at the forefront of engaging with and assessing individuals within the street population who face complex challenges. Whether you're working in a street or hub setting, you'll be creating tailored action plans to help address rough sleeping and street activity, driving real change in people's lives. Key Details: * Shift Hours: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM * Working Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday * Contract Length: 3/6 months (+ potential for ongoing work) * Hourly Rate: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour We also have additional substance misuse contracts available in the area.
