Project Planner

You’ll be at the heart of major programmes, bringing structure, clarity and insight across every phase — from design through to handover. If you enjoy turning complex information into clear, actionable plans and want to work on technically interesting projects, this role offers both challenge and impact. What You’ll Be Doing * Building and managing detailed project schedules across full project lifecycles * Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to translate design and scope into deliverable plans * Monitoring progress and performance, providing clear insights to drive decision-making * Managing schedule changes and re-baselining as projects evolve * Carrying out critical path and performance analysis to keep projects on track * Identifying risks and opportunities, helping teams proactively solve problems * Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, both on-site and remotely What Makes This Role Stand Out * Work on complex, high-value projects with real technical depth * Be a key voice in project delivery, influencing outcomes and strategy * Gain exposure across the full project lifecycle * Collaborate with experienced teams in a fast-paced, supportive environment * Hybrid working with a balance of site presence and flexibility What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in project planning within engineering, construction or similar environments * Strong understanding of planning methodologies and scheduling best practices * Proficiency with tools such as Primavera, MS Project or Asta * Ability to interpret technical information and turn it into structured plans * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Confident communicator who can engage a range of stakeholders The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here You’re detail-oriented but big-picture focused.
