Track Safety Trainer / Track Safety Instructor / Rail Safety Trainer / Rail Safety Instructor / Track Safety Tutor / Track Safety Assessor Essex (with some travel) £45,500 Monday to FridayI’m working with a training provider who are looking to bring in a qualified Track Safety Trainer to support delivery across their rail safety programmes.The role

Deliver track safety training to apprentices and existing rail professionals
Deliver courses such as PTS and other core track safety competencies
Deliver IOSH training as part of the wider safety offering
Support both initial training and upskilling programmes
Deliver a mix of classroom and practical-based sessions
Support learners through training, assessments and progression

What they’re looking for

Strong background in rail track safety (PTS, COSS or similar)
Must be able to deliver IOSH training
Must hold a recognised teaching qualification (AET / PTLLS / CTLLS / DTLLS / DET or equivalent)
Assessor qualification desirable (TAQA / A1 / equivalent)
Experience delivering training or working in an instructional capacity
Comfortable delivering to groups
Willingness to travel as required
