Salary & Benefits Competitive pro-rata salary of £14,900

About you Prior experience in social care or supported housing is desirable Strong communication and liaison skills to work effectively with tenants, their families, and health professionals Ability to manage schemes efficiently, ensuring safety and compliance Empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to resident support Knowledge of safeguarding policies and health and safety regulations Enhanced Access NI clearance What you'll do Support tenants daily, fostering a positive, safe environment within the scheme Liaise with tenants, their families, and external agencies xwzovoh such as Social Services and health professionals Ensure the smooth running of the scheme by following safety and operational protocols Promote a welcoming community atmosphere and tenants' independence and well-being Maintain accurate records and report any issues promptly For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
