A leading US law firm is looking to hire an NQ Associate into its highly regarded London leveraged finance practice.

The team sits at the top end of the market, advising major financial institutions and credit funds on complex acquisition financings, leveraged loans, refinancings and private credit transactions. Its lender-side practice covers both syndicated and direct lending structures, giving associates exposure to a broad range of financing products and sophisticated deal structures.

The London group has a particularly strong reputation for large-cap and upper mid-market acquisition finance, regularly working alongside leading private equity sponsors and their advisers. The practice also benefits from close integration with colleagues across the US, Europe and Asia on genuinely cross-border transactions.

The successful candidate will have NQ-level UK leveraged finance experience from a leading City, international or US firm. Strong transactional training and a sound understanding of leveraged finance documentation are important; experience acting for lenders is particularly relevant. xwzovoh
