Role: Service Advisor / Service Receptionist

Location: Wilmslow

Salary: £30,000 Basic | £36,000 - £38,000 OTE (Realistic) | Overtime Available

Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, only 1in3 Saturday mornings

Richard Abson Group is delighted to be assisting a prestigious automotive dealership in Wilmslow in their search for an experienced Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional aftersales experience. You'll manage service bookings, provide vehicle progress updates, explain technical information in a customer-friendly manner, and identify opportunities to promote service plans and additional aftersales products.

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar aftersales role within a franchised main dealership.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a proactive sales approach.
• Experience using Kerridge and 1Link would be advantageous, although not essential.

Salary & Benefits:

• £30,000 basic salary.
• Realistic OTE of £36,000/£38,000 through uncapped bonus opportunities, including hours sold, service plans, and upsell/cross-sell performance.
• Current team members are consistently exceeding their bonus targets.
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6pm.
• 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, paid at overtime!
