Role - Service Advisor / Service Receptionist

Salary - £30,000 Basic Salary | £38,000 Realistic OTE | Overtime Available

Richard Abson Group is delighted to be assisting a prestigious automotive dealership in Chester in their search for an experienced Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.

Representing one of the industry's leading premium brands, this dealership forms part of a highly respected dealer group renowned for investing in its people. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional aftersales experience. You'll manage service bookings, provide vehicle progress updates, explain technical information in a customer-friendly manner, and identify opportunities to promote service plans and additional aftersales products.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm
• 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, paid at overtime

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar aftersales role within a franchised main dealership
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a proactive sales approach
• Experience using Kerridge and 1Link would be advantageous, although not essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A professional and customer-focused approach

Salary & Benefits:

• £30,000 basic salary
• £38,000 realistic OTE
