Executive Assistant / Report Production Assistant - 6-Month Contract

Mayfair, Up to £55,000 pro rata, 4 days office / 1 day WFH to start ASAP

We are looking for a highly organised EA/PA to join a successful investment business on an initial 6-month maternity cover contract, supporting one or two analysts.

Full training will be provided on the report production process. The key requirements are excellent typing, impeccable written English and exceptional attention to detail.

The role includes:

• Typing and formatting broker/company meeting notes and reports
• Adding broker votes and downloading daily FactSet reports
• Managing and filing emails accurately
• Busy diary management across multiple time zones
• Liaising with clients, brokers and company contacts
• Coordinating meetings and international travel
• Preparing expenses using Concur
• General EA support

We're looking for:

• Excellent typing / copy-typing skills
• Outstanding written and spoken English
• Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy over speed
• Previous EA, PA, Team Assistant or similar experience
• Strong MS Office and Outlook skills
• Experience with diaries, travel and expenses
• Excellent communication skills
• A flexible, proactive team player

Investment experience is not essential - full training will be provided.

6-month contract through to February, with potential for extension. Immediate availability or a very short notice period is strongly preferred.
