2nd / 3rd Line Engineer

Are you a 2nd or 3rd Line Engineer looking to broaden your technical skills and get hands-on with telephony, telecoms and infrastructure?

We're looking for an engineer to join a busy technical team, supporting business-critical systems and helping customers resolve technical issues. This is an opportunity to build on your existing support experience while learning new technologies in a collaborative environment.

Location: Fareham - fully on-site.

Full training provided

You'll receive full training across PCI and communications platforms, Wireshark, SolarWinds and more. This role is ideal for someone already working at 2nd or 3rd line level who enjoys troubleshooting and wants to develop specialist skills across a broader technical environment.

What you'll be doing

• Providing technical support across telephony, telecoms, networking and infrastructure.
• Investigating faults, troubleshooting issues and keeping customer systems running smoothly.
• Supporting servers and infrastructure, including Linux environments, and helping deploy new customer solutions.
• Working with customers, telecoms providers and technology partners to resolve technical problems.

What we're looking for

• Experience providing 2nd line and/or 3rd line technical support across Telephony, Networking & Infrastructure.
• Clear communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
• A willingness to learn new systems, tools and technologies.
