Youll be working with small groups of up to 6 pupils with SEND, SEMH and challenging behaviour , delivering calm, structured learning that helps pupils re-engage and succeed.
The Roles Teach small groups (max 6) in Maths, Science or Nurture-based learning Support pupils with SEND/SEMH who need consistency and strong relationships Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that build confidence and resilience Use a relational, therapeutic approach to behaviour and emotional regulation Work closely with supportive SEND/AP teams What Were Looking For Qualified Teachers (QTS) in Maths , Science or Primary/Nurture Experience with SEND/SEMH or confidence managing challenging behaviour Calm, patient practitioners who can engage reluctant learners Reliable, consistent staff looking for long-term stability xwzovoh Why These Roles Stand Out Long-term placements with immediate starts Small class sizes for meaningful impact Supportive, specialist SEND and AP environments Real opportunity to change outcomes for vulnerable young people If youre passionate about helping pupils who need the right adults around them, wed love to hear from you.
