FRA Carpenter  (Permanent Role)After 3 Months Probation - £45k  We are currently recruiting an experienced FRA Carpenter to join a leading social housing company on a permanent basis, with work primarily focused on fire-rated flat entrance doors within residential properties. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, consistent work, and fully equipped working conditions. Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Remedials on Fire Doors  Ensuring all works comply with current fire safety regulations and standards Carrying out adjustments, repairs, and remedial works as required Maintaining high standards of workmanship and compliance Completing job updates accurately via PDA What’s Provided Company vehicle (business use only) Fuel card PDA Uniform and PPE Parking costs fully covered Essential Requirements Proven experience as an FRA Carpenter, particularly with flat entrance doors Strong knowledge of fire door regulations and compliance Valid UK manual driving licence (essential) Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach Please contact Sam Fombo @ Build recruitment to be put forward for this role
