This opportunity will include a landmark 280m commercial development in the heart of the City of London, consisting of premium office space, major MEP installations, Cat A fit-out works, public realm improvements and the refurbishment of a Grade II-listed heritage building. Your new roleAs Project Quantity Surveyor, you will join an experienced commercial team and play a key role in the financial management of this flagship development. You will be responsible for supporting package procurement, cost control, subcontractor management and commercial reporting, ensuring projects are delivered profitably and in line with contractual obligations.
