Chef de Partie - Live In

Chef de partie required for a kitchen in the lakes, which is Rosette awarded. They are brilliant at training and developing chefs. This role would also be suitable for a chef looking to step into a junior sous chef role. £28-35k depending on level. Live in available (offsite in a shared house, you will need to drive). This role is perfect for a chef looking to learn and develop and learn more.

The role
As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, you will ensure everything is ready in your fridge and cook in service. This role will include all the standard chef de partie duties.

Experience
We are looking for a candidate with fine dining and a passion to learn. The passion is the most important. you will also have good knife skills
