Service Engineer – Renewables Sector £37,000 – £47,000 Bonus Overtime St Helens (Head Office) | UK-wide role | Working away Mon–Fri Full UK driving licence required My client is a well-established, globally backed business with over 60 years' history and 20 years in the UK.

Due to continued growth, they're looking to add a Service Engineer or Senior Service Engineer depending on experience.
The Role This is a hands-on, UK-wide role (Monday to Friday) where you'll be regularly working away from home , leading installation and commissioning activities across projects.
A great opportunity for someone looking to step into a more senior, autonomous position.
What you'll be doing: Leading installation and commissioning activities on projects Acting as the technical lead and key customer contact on-site Taking ownership of planning (RAMS, delivery, coordination) Making on-the-spot technical decisions and resolving issues Supporting service and maintenance delivery Maintaining strong customer relationships Mentoring and supporting junior engineers What They're Looking For Strong background in installation and/or service Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Experience with testing and commissioning Mechanically biased with solid electrical understanding Comfortable working independently and taking ownership Qualifications: ECS Gold Card (preferred) 18th Edition Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical preferred Other: Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points) Package £37,000 – £47,000 depending on experience/level Monthly bonus up to 10% Overtime (time and a half up to double time) 24 days holiday bank holidays 6% pension employer contribution Early finish Fridays Enhanced family benefits Company van, tools, discounts, wellbeing support Travel UK-wide travel Monday to Friday (working away most weeks) Hotels fully paid daily allowances Why Apply? xwzovoh Senior-level responsibility with clear progression Stable, growing business in renewables Strong team culture and long-term opportunity Global backing with a family feel If you're a service engineer looking for something more stable, or ready to step up into a Senior position , this is a solid opportunity to join a business that looks after its people and invests in their development.
