The Opportunity:
The Team Assistant will provide high-quality, proactive administrative and business support to a small team of Senior Professionals/Directors. Acting as a trusted business partner, the role requires excellent judgement, strong organisation and the ability to represent Oliver Wyman professionally with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage diary and meeting logistics, coordinate travel, support client development activity through CRM and deliver reliable team and office support.
This is a hybrid role (60% of the time working from the Oliver Wyman office in Newcastle).
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Calendaring
- Maintain diaries for senior professionals, scheduling internal and external meetings, communicating with clients and infrastructure staff as appropriate
Travel Arrangement
- Coordinate travel and accommodation, book cars, rail tickets, etc
Timesheet and Expense Reporting
- Prepare weekly timesheets for each assigned senior professional
CRM and Client Support
- Maintain/update client contact database to ensure accuracy of information for firm use
Team Support
- Provide coverage for assistants when out of the office to ensure seamless support to Directors/Partners
Experience required:
- At least one year experience working in an administrative or customer service position. Experience in financial services, management consultancy and/or a professional services environment a plus
Skills and Attributes:
- Fluent in English. Other European languages a plus
Technical Skills
- Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
