The Role

As a Brand Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for guests and clients visiting the Binghatti office. You will play an important role in creating a positive first impression, ensuring visitors receive a warm welcome and are guided through their experience professionally.

This role is ideal for someone who is well-spoken, confident, naturally personable and comfortable communicating with a wide range of people. You should have a professional presence and genuinely enjoy engaging with guests and building relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Binghatti, creating an exceptional first impression and representing the brand to the highest standard.
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Provide guests with relevant information about Binghatti, its brand, developments, and services.
• Coordinate with the Sales and other internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.
• Build positive relationships with clients and visitors through attentive and personalised service.
• Maintain a welcoming, polished, and professional office environment always.
• Support client meetings, presentations, property viewings, launches, and corporate events when required.
• Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Ensure all interactions reflect the luxury positioning and professional standards of the Binghatti brand.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency in the overall client journey.
• Take initiative to identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and overall office presentation.
