About the role

We are looking for an experienced Addiction Therapist to join our Addiction Service at Asana Lodge.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery from substance dependence. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives through personalised care and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring holistic support for each client. Providing specialist support for mental health conditions and addictions. Having 12 step experience would be beneficial as well, but not essential.

Duties

1. To provide effective leadership and direction to staff, including regular and effective supervision, annual appraisal and personal development for all employees.

2. Routinely monitor staff performing to ensure excellent client care and address areas of underperformance using appropriate mechanisms eg. Coaching, capability, disciplinary etc.

3. Allocate clients to therapists

4. To undertake client admissions to the residential service in a friendly, welcoming manner that complies with the company's client admission procedures
