Senior Site Manager

Position: Senior Site Manager or Project Manager (or experienced Site Manager looking to step up) * Development location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire * About the development: A brand new 130 unit ‘new build’ housing development – timber frame with a mixture of houses and 1 block of apartments) with a further 2 years’ worth of work ahead * About us: 5* and leading Housing Association with an excellent pipeline of work across the Western region covering Gloucestershire, Bristol and North Somerset * Salary: Competitive base salary and company car/car allowance and excellent (and extensive) choice of company benefits - industry leading including 27 days holiday; private healthcare, life insurance, life assurance, companywide benefits; and employer contribution of up to 10%. * Working arrangements: On site Senior Site Manager or Project Manager Senior Site Manager/Project Manager – About the role: Senior Site Manager or Project Manager (or experienced Site Manager looking to step up) working on a brand new ‘new build’ housing development with a further 2 years’ worth of work ahead. Responsible for delivery of a 130 unit ‘new build’ timber frame housing development (mixture of houses and apartments), built to the highest standard of safety and quality, within the construction budget and construction programme. Senior Site Manager/Project Manager – About you: You will be a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager (or experienced Site Manager looking to step up) with a proven track record of delivering new build housing projects, working for a national PLC developer or regional developer/contractor; with experience delivering projects above 100 units in size. * Demonstrable track record of residential house building project management * Professional Qualification to an appropriate level * Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients * Self-motivated and proactive * Attention to detail * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Excellent technical and practical knowledge and the ability to resolve important detail * First Aid Trained * SMSTS Qualified Senior Site Manager/Project Manager – Benefits Package: * Competitive base salary and car allowance * Company bonus scheme * 27 days holiday plus bank holidays * Pension with employer contribution of up to 10% * Private healthcare * Life assurance * Life insurance * Cycle to work scheme * Excellent choice of employee benefits * Extensive choice of company benefits
