The Role You will be responsible for carrying out both Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a commercial environment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient building operations at all times.

This role also includes working on electrical catering equipment .

Key Responsibilities Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings Fault finding, repairs, and minor installations Maintenance and basic repairs of electrical catering equipment (training provided) Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and site procedures Accurate completion of maintenance records and documentation Responding promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime Ideal Candidate Proven experience delivering electrical maintenance in a commercial environment xwzovoh Sound knowledge of PPM schedules and reactive repair work Strong fault-finding ability and attention to detail Willingness to be trained on electrical catering equipment Professional, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team Package Salary up to £45,000 (dependent on experience) Training and development opportunities Stable role within a reputable organisation
