Director, Autonomous Driving AI Engineering

Wayve seeks a Director of Engineering in London to lead the Product Engineering group within AI Engineering. This role focuses on developing autonomous vehicle capabilities and managing complex AI projects effectively.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing AI products and complex teams, along with a strong understanding of autonomy technologies. The role includes establishing robust ML practices and aligning technical strategies across teams.

This is a full-time hybrid role with a competitive salary range of $440,000 to $580,000 plus equity.
