We are recruiting a Sous Chef to join the talented brigade at a stunning luxury hotel and restaurant venue in Oxfordshire, offering an exciting opportunity within one of the UKs most unique and vibrant hospitality groups.

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping lead the brigade while maintaining exceptional standards across all services.
This role would suit either a strong Junior Sous Chef looking to progress or an experienced Sous Chef seeking a fresh challenge within a high-quality and ambitious kitchen environment.
Duties:
Support the Head Chef with all kitchen operations
Assist with menu development using seasonal and sustainable ingredients
Lead and inspire the brigade during service
Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
Ensure excellent hygiene and food safety standards
Monitor stock control, ordering, and kitchen efficiency
Work closely with front of house teams to ensure seamless service
Support training and development within the brigade
You will be a passionate and organised chef with a strong fresh food background and the ability to thrive within a busy, quality-driven kitchen.
Experience within high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, or premium dining environments would be highly beneficial.
