The Role

• Deliver engaging lessons across primary year groups.
• Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment.
• Follow lesson plans and resources provided by the school.
• Adapt your teaching approach to meet pupils' learning needs.
• Encourage participation and support pupils throughout the school day.
• Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.
