Job Title: Night Shift Fleet Coordinator

Location: Coventry
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 06:00
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Night Shift Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a fleet, transport, or workshop environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced operation and ensuring vehicles are safely maintained and ready for service.

Full training will be provided during day shifts before transitioning to the permanent night shift.

Key Responsibilities

Run daily VOR (Vehicle Off Road) reports for the workshop.
Record, raise, and action vehicle defects reported by drivers and shunters.
Coordinate and arrange call-outs for vehicle defects on the road and at customer sites.
Liaise with the Transport Control Tower and Workshop teams to ensure efficient communication.
