We are supporting a well‑established organisation recruiting a strategic Head of Procurement to join its leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to modernise the procurement function, build capability and shape long‑term sourcing strategy during a period of continued growth.

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will lead all direct procurement for a key business unit and manage all indirect procurement activity for the location. You will take full ownership of procurement strategy, supplier development, risk management and continuous improvement.

• Setting and executing procurement strategy.

• Delivering value, resilience and supply chain optimisation.
• Managing supplier performance and contract negotiations.
• Leading and developing the procurement team.
• Supporting major operational and commercial initiatives.

You will bring:

• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving efficiencies, cost improvements and strategic change.
• ERP knowledge (SAP S4 Hana preferred).
