The Role: * Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. * Follow school planning or deliver pre-prepared lessons where required. * Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment. * Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of pupils. * Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. * Ensure safeguarding and school policies are adhered to at all times. * Enjoy the flexibility of choosing assignments that suit your availability. What We're Looking For: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK. * Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1, or KS2. * Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. * A flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Confidence working in different school environments. * An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one. * ECTs are encouraged to apply.
