IT Field Support Engineer to work in leading Managed Services company covering West London so must be able to drive and have own car. As IT Field Support Engineer, you should experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and an understanding of Networking fundamentals and be aware of ITIL, you will be an escalation point for the Service Desk, so you will also need strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills. If you are an experienced IT Field Support Engineer who has roughly 3 years demonstratable experience of working within a Deskside/ End User support role covering Desktop and Laptop and thin client devices within a complex multisite environment, we are waiting to talk to you.
