If you’re an experienced Sales Executive looking to move beyond high-volume sales and build a career in regulated financial services, this Appointment Setter role offers genuine ownership, funded qualifications and a clear route into CRM and junior advisory positions.
You’ll work with a substantial pool of warm and historic leads, helping customers understand their existing pension arrangements and identifying opportunities for pension reviews and broader financial advice. You’ll also help develop a new outbound function, with progression available for the right person.
Package & Benefits
• Salary £30,000–£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• OTE of £40,000+ per annum, with uncapped commission.
• Direct pathway into £100k OTE roles, next step up can be achieved in 3-6 months with £40k basic.
• Monday to Friday working hours, 9:00am to 5:30pm.

About the Company
You’ll join a growing financial services business focused on making pension, retirement and financial advice more accessible. The business supports individuals and employers through advice, education and financial wellbeing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Re-engage warm, historic and dormant leads to generate qualified appointments for advisers.
• Identify opportunities around pension reviews, retirement planning and pension consolidation.
• Engage employers and HR decision-makers around workplace pension clinics and financial wellbeing campaigns.
• Contribute ideas and feedback as the new outbound sales function develops.
About You
• At least one year’s experience in outbound sales, telesales, lead generation, appointment setting or business development.
• Experience working towards targets through proactive outbound activity.
• Experience within financial services or a regulated environment, with evidence of handling objections and converting leads.
