THE ROLE
We are looking for a full-time Sous Chef to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operation of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure every service reflects our commitment to quality, consistency, and creativity. In our open kitchen, you will help create an experience where guests can see the passion, precision, and craftsmanship behind every dish.
You will coordinate the kitchen team throughout service, ensuring smooth communication, efficient organisation, and consistently high culinary standards. By taking ownership of food preparation, stock management, and kitchen operations, you will help maintain a well-organised environment where excellence is delivered with care and attention to detail.
Working collaboratively with your team, you will contribute to a positive kitchen culture built on mutual respect, continuous learning, and shared success. You will lead by example, supporting the development of your colleagues while ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Proven leadership experience within high-end, fast-paced kitchen environments, preferably in fine dining or premium concepts
Advanced expertise in food production and culinary techniques, with a strong command of food safety and hygiene protocols
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to guide, develop, and elevate team performance
In-depth knowledge of gastronomy, plating, and kitchen operations, with a refined attention to detail
Solid understanding of service flow and the ability to effectively coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house
Exceptional organisational skills with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach
Full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within professional kitchen environments
A strong professional background in a high-quality kitchen or restaurant setting is essential
