Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager, Plumbing, £40,000 - £50,000 DOE, Hamilton, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong plumbing background to join our Maintenance Division. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Plumber, Plumbing Supervisor or Plumbing Contracts professional looking to use their technical expertise in a senior management position. Benefits * £40,000–£50,000 salary, depending on experience * Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week * Office-based role in Hamilton * Call-out payments in addition to salary * Ongoing training and professional development * Career progression opportunities * Supportive and inclusive working environment Responsibilities * Manage plumbing and wider property maintenance contracts * Lead and coordinate Plumbers, Engineers and other trades * Oversee reactive plumbing repairs and planned preventative maintenance * Manage subcontractors, suppliers and service partners * Monitor SLA’s, KPI’s, costs, quality and contract performance * Review plumbing works, quotations, variations and technical requirements * Carry out site inspections and ensure work meets required standards * Manage customer relationships and resolve technical issues * Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety, legislation and industry standards Requirements * Strong plumbing background with relevant trade qualification * Completed plumbing apprenticeship * Previous experience in Plumbing Contracts, Maintenance Management, Supervision or Project Management * Experience managing plumbers, engineers and subcontractors * Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, repairs and maintenance * SMSTS, CDM and IOSH training * Good understanding of SLA’s, KPI’s and contract management * Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills * Full UK driving licence If you’re an experienced plumbing professional ready to step into a Contracts Manager role, we want to hear from you
