Client Operations Specialist / Customer Service Administrator ?? Ware, Hertfordshire ?? £30,000 + Benefits ?? Full-time | Monday–Friday ?? Onsite initially, with hybrid working expected once settled into the role We're hiring for a growing technology services business looking for an organised, personable Client Operations Specialist to become a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams. This is a varied position where you'll support multiple departments and help keep everything running smoothly – from handling customer enquiries through to coordinating installations, equipment and service requests. What you'll be doing: • Acting as a first point of contact for customers via phone and email • Handling customer enquiries and making sure issues are followed through to resolution • Coordinating engineer visits, installations, collections and equipment movements • Liaising with customers, suppliers and different internal departments • Managing shared inboxes and keeping customer information and records up to date • Supporting new customer onboarding and processing new orders/deals • Ordering equipment, parts and consumables • Providing general administrative and operational support across the business What we're looking for: • Around 1–2 years' experience within customer service, administration or another phone-based role • Confident and professional communication skills – both over the phone and via email • Strong organisation and attention to detail • Someone comfortable managing several tasks at the same time • Friendly, proactive and happy speaking with customers, suppliers and colleagues • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word • CRM or database experience would be beneficial Why join? • £30k salary + Benefits • Varied role with exposure across customer service, operations, sales, finance and technology • Career development and progression opportunities • Supportive, established and growing business • Hybrid working expected once you're fully up and running ??
