End of Tenancy Property Cleaners (Birmingham)

Our cleaning company is looking for experienced Property Handover Cleaners to join our team for end-of-tenancy cleaning work.

This role involves preparing residential properties for tenant handovers through detailed deep cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep cleaning vacant rental properties

• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, and internal areas

• Treating limescale, mould, and stubborn dirt build-up

• Cleaning windows, floors, skirting boards, and surfaces

• Ensuring homes are inspection-ready

Work Schedule

• Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours

• Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

• Jobs are offered as they become available in your area

• Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours

Pay & Benefits

• £15 per hour

• £18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)

• Previous professional cleaning experience

• Comfortable working independently and managing workload

• Own transport and cleaning products essential

• Strong eye for detail

• Good English communication skills
