Solicitor - Personal Injury

Are you an accomplished Personal Injury Solicitor seeking a progressive firm that values your expertise? Taylor Rose is looking for an experienced PI Solicitor to join our thriving, top-60 UK legal practice. In this role, you will manage a high-quality caseload of complex personal injury matters, mentoring junior team members while benefiting from our industry-leading infrastructure and extensive national reputation. Undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work within the Personal Injury department. Ensure the successful development of the firm in line with the business plan. This role involves but is not limited to: * Conduct matters on behalf of Clients in line with their instructions. * Management of support services, including supervision of Trainee Solicitors. * Financial control with particular regard to cashflow control through collection of monies on account and billing procedures. * Understanding complex negligence claims and legal requirements. * Providing regular updates to Client’s on matters. * Dealing with any queries raised by Clients on particular matters. * Submitting required documents to court prior to trial. * Collating medical and financial information with accurate attention to detail. Requirements: * Legally qualified and able to be “Authorised Person” to conduct Litigation. * Ability to demonstrate specialist knowledge about Personal Injury Law and Procedure * Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines * Courteous and professional in all dealings Company Core Values: Aspire: To challenge convention, an entrepreneur with energy for change.
