Sales Negotiators are you looking for your next move? 📍 Colchester 💷 OTE £30K 📅 Full-Time - Permanent Nolan Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing property business seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their team. About the Role This exciting opportunity will see you managing a portfolio of properties, negotiating offers, liaising with buyers and vendors and ensuring a smooth sales process from instruction through to completion. You will also provide regular market updates, maintain accurate CRM records and deliver outstanding customer service throughout each transaction. Key Responsibilities ▪️Manage a portfolio of properties. ▪️Provide regular feedback and market updates to vendors. ▪️Negotiate offers between buyers, vendors and developer clients. ▪️Produce accurate memoranda of sale and maintain compliant records. ▪️Build strong relationships with buyers, vendors, local agents and internal teams. ▪️Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system. ▪️Deliver excellent customer service and manage expectations throughout the sales process. ▪️Prepare weekly activity and property status reports. Essential Skills & Experience ▪️Previous experience working as a Sales Negotiator. ▪️Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage expectations professionally. ▪️Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ▪️Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. ▪️Ability to prioritise workload effectively and manage a busy caseload. ▪️High level of organisation and attention to detail. ▪️Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
