360 Recruiter – with 80% focus on the delivery side North London (Finsbury Park) | Hybrid: 3 days in the Office / 2 days WFH We’re on the lookout for a dynamic 360 Recruiter to join Brabers, our fast-growing contract recruitment agency delivering top-tier AI, Data, and Enterprise Software / Enterprise Applications placements across the UK and Europe. Talent sourcing & screening Source and qualify top IT talent across AI, Data and Enterprise Software / Enterprise Applications Build and maintain warm talent pipelines Maintain regular communication and understand long‑term career goals Use your network to generate introductions and warm leads Support BD through candidate‑centric activities Brand & visibility Engage with relevant content to build credibility in your market Data & collaboration Keep CRM/ATS data accurate and up to date Work closely with colleagues across delivery and BD 5+ years’ experience in IT recruitment with a strong track record ~ Familiarity with AI, Data or SAP markets (or willingness to learn) ~ Experience with candidate marketing or personal branding LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency Exposure to recruitment automation tools Work on high‑value transformation programmes in niche markets Clear commission structure with strong earning potential Hybrid working after onboarding (2 to 3 days remote per week) Compensation & benefits ~ 25 days holiday + bank holidays ~ Training and development com with the subject line “Candidate‑Focused Recruiter” .
