This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering hybrid working and flexibility to support work-life balance.This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in property transactions and public sector work to join one of the UK's largest real estate groups. You'll be part of a collaborative team advising on high-profile regeneration projects and development schemes across the country.The RoleYou will support a wide range of public sector and housing clients on complex real estate matters. Responsibilities include:Advising local authorities, central government bodies, and Registered Providers on regeneration and housing projectsSupporting land assembly including option and promotion agreementsHandling real estate transactions including leases, licences, infrastructure agreements, and overage arrangementsDrafting conditional sale agreements and advising on overage provisionsContributing to the development of the firm's public sector real estate practiceMaintaining client relationships and identifying opportunities for business developmentCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) with experience in property law and public sector clients. Candidates should demonstrate:Strong technical knowledge of property transactions and developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommercial awareness and enthusiasm for business developmentAbility to manage deadlines and work independentlyCollaborative mindset and team spiritInterest in regeneration and housing lawLocation & Working ArrangementsBased in Bristol, with hybrid working available.
