Light Vehicle / Van Technician Wakefield Various Shift Options 4 on, 4 off to include weekend work or Weekend work only 50 hours per week We will accept for this role LTD, Umbrella or PAYE candidate's. PAYE, LTD and Umbrella up to £33 ph Ongoing temporary until March 2027 at least. The Automotive Maintenance division of Questech currently have an exciting new position, located near Wakefield. This is an opportunity to work on a mixed fleet of vehicles. If you’re a technician already dreading the cold winter months, don’t worry — on this contract you’ll be working in a clean, warm and comfortable workshop, so you can leave the freezing temperatures outside! We will consider Technicians that has experience in working on either light or heavy vehicles. THE ROLE: You will be an apprentice trained, fully qualified Vehicle Mechanic and have experience working with a variety of light vehicles, Vans or HGVs. You will also be given the opportunity to train on specialist public sector vehicles. THE DUTIES: * Preventative maintenance * Maintaining relationships with clients * 6 weekly inspections * Pre M.O.T inspections * Vehicle diagnostics THE HOURS: 4 on, 4 off Days THE RATE OF PAY: The pay rate up to £33.00 per hour dependant on experience.
