Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT)

Position: Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) *Must hold the ACT qualification* Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Working pattern: ADHOC, Regular Shifts Shift Time: Days: 10am – 10pm, Nights: 10pm – 8am Rates: £25 - £27 per hour  Job Role Working onsite for an online pharmacy fulfilment centre that operates day shifts 7 day per week, and night shifts 4 nights per week, Monday – Thursday. Duties to include: Accurately check prescriptions against protocols set by the Medical Team, ensuring all requirements are met for safe supply. Use our secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to process prescriptions and maintain confidentiality. Check prepared medications and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch. Record concise and accurate notes in patient records as required. Follow operational protocols for prescription processing and escalate issues as needed.
