Education Recruitment Consultant - Full Time Company Description Masterclass Education are an education supply agency that streamline Recruitment processes to get talented teachers and support staff where they are needed - in the classroom, inspiring the next generation. The Role We are expanding our Barnsley based team and are looking to recruit an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant looking to be part of an exciting desk. We offer 20% commission on all billings over £3000 p/month. The consultant will be responsible for day to day tasks that include, recruiting and interviewing candidates, consulting with schools and colleges with clients and candidates to understand their needs and match candidates to the appropriate job opportunities. The ideal candidate will have: * Experience in an education recruitment role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and remotely * Experience in the education sector * Highly driven We also offer free parking, excellent commission structure and phone bill allowance
