Job Title: Customer Support Coordinator Location: Cambridge Salary: £26,000-£30,000 Working Pattern: Full-time 8:00-4:30pm (Office Based) A well-established organisation is seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Customer Resolutions Coordinator to join its technical team. This role plays a key part in managing customer queries and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer queries and complaints via phone and email in a timely and professional manner * Investigate and resolve issues efficiently, liaising with internal teams where required * Provide clear and accurate updates to customers * Offer product and technical support to customers experiencing issues * Work closely with processing, bookings, and field teams to ensure seamless problem resolution * Ensure all communication reflects a high standard of customer care and professionalism Candidate Requirements: * Previous experience in a customer service, complaints handling, or technical support role * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and take initiative * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Confident telephone manner with the ability to handle challenging conversations * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * A positive, and customer-focused approach This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and delivering excellent customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
