Handle maintenance issues quickly, coordinating contractors and keeping tenants updated. Carry out inspections and follow up on any required actions. Stay compliant by ensuring all properties meet legal and safety standards. Communicate clearly with landlords and tenants, keeping everyone informed. Keep records sharp with accurate notes and system updates. What You’ll Bring A proactive, organised approach and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
