Key Responsibilities

As Commis Chef you will be:

Working in a busy, high volume kitchen were you are cooking for 900+ (this inlcludes day students, boarders, teaching and support staff).
Cooking on any station - flexibility to cook in different sections.
Cooking all fresh produce on site at a high quality level.
Being involved in events at the private school.
Working on a rotational rota in between the kitchens operating hours of 06:00 - 20:00

What we're looking for

You'll be an experienced Chef De Partie with:

Experience as an Chef or Cook in a mid-to-large scale dining environment
Good knowledge of all sections
Excellent food hygiene and allergen knowledge
